A clearer guide to the marketplace
The useful details behind searching, contacting agents, booking tours, and building a property business on Home Real Estate.
The essentials
How the marketplace, languages, visibility, and privacy choices work.
What is Home Real Estate?
It is a marketplace for published residential and commercial properties. Property hunters can search by purpose, type, location, and keyword, then contact the agent responsible for a listing. Approved agents can create and manage the listings owned by them or their organization.
Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in English, Arabic, and Sorani Kurdish. The language switcher also controls right-to-left layout for Arabic and Kurdish. A listing can include localized content, but a translation is only shown when an agent has provided it.
How do I know whether a listing is available?
Only listings marked Published and within their visibility window appear in the live marketplace. Availability can change after publication, so use the listing's contact or tour actions to confirm the latest details with its agent.
How are my account and privacy choices handled?
Authentication, profile, listing, inquiry, tour, and message data are used to provide the features you request. Necessary cookies support authentication, language, security, consent, and core features. Optional analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you choose them.
Find your next place
Search, speak with an agent, and turn interest into a scheduled visit.
How can I search for a property?
Use the marketplace filters for residential or commercial property, sale or rent, property type, location, and keyword. Search results are drawn from the current published inventory, and each card opens a full listing detail page.
How do I contact an agent?
Open a listing and use Contact agent to send an inquiry connected to that property. The conversation is delivered to the agent's inbox, where the agent can read and reply. You can also contact system support from the messaging area for platform questions.
How do I request a tour?
Choose Request a tour on a listing, provide a preferred date and time, and add a note if useful. The request is stored against the listing and agent. The agent can confirm, decline, or complete it from the tour calendar.
Can I request a tour without creating an account?
Yes. The listing page accepts a guest name, email, and optional phone for a tour request. A registered account gives you a personal tour calendar and lets you keep your requests and messages connected to your profile.
Where can I follow my conversations?
Signed-in users and agents can open Messages from their dashboard. Conversations are tied to a listing when they begin from a property page, and new message changes can appear in realtime while the inbox is open.
Grow your listings
The current workflow for approval, publishing, organizations, tours, and plans.
How do I become an agent?
Start from Become an agent and submit your profile and organization details. An administrator reviews the application before agent access is granted. Until approval, you can browse the marketplace as an end user but cannot publish properties.
What is the listing workflow for an approved agent?
Create a draft, add the property details and localized content, choose the purpose and tier, set optional visibility dates, and upload the gallery. You can add up to 12 JPEG, PNG, or WebP images, up to 10 MB each. Publish only when the content is ready for the marketplace.
Can I publish in more than one language?
Yes. The listing editor supports localized content and the public page uses the visitor's selected language when that translation exists. Keep the English content complete as the baseline, then add Arabic or Kurdish content when it is ready.
How do organizations and attribution work?
An approved agent can work with an organization profile, and published listings can show their agent and organization attribution. Administrators can manage organizations and assign listings. Organization details become available after agent access is approved.
Can an agent add a tour for a client?
Yes. From the tour calendar, an agent can choose one of their published listings, select a registered user, or enter guest name and email, then set the date, time, and note. The agent can manage the request status from the same calendar.
What do the membership plans include?
The current plans are Free, Basic, and Pro. Free supports one organization member and five listings; Basic supports three members and 25 listings; Pro supports unlimited members and listings. The current workspace shows plan usage and directs plan changes to support; automated billing and upgrades are not live yet.
